Grounded is a free personal net worth tracker. It helps you organize and visualize your financial accounts, track your net worth over time, and set personal milestones. It is a tool for personal informational use only.
Grounded is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, bank, or financial institution. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
Grounded uses Google Sign-In for authentication. Your financial data is stored in your own Google Drive — not on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
You own your data. You can delete it at any time by removing the Google Sheet from your Drive and revoking Grounded's access in your Google Account settings.
You agree to use Grounded only for lawful personal purposes. You may not:
Grounded uses third-party services including Google OAuth, Google Sheets API, and CoinGecko for live cryptocurrency prices. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
Grounded is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. Net worth calculations depend on data you provide — we cannot guarantee their accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grounded and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service — including any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Grounded at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
